Yes. Acme GmbH has a published Human Rights Policy (version 2.1, March 2024) aligned with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. The policy covers all direct employees and first-tier suppliers.
Does your company conduct human rights due diligence in its supply chain?
Yes. We conduct annual supplier risk assessments using the BSCI framework for all suppliers with contract value above €50,000. High-risk suppliers are subject to on-site audits every 18 months.
Has your company identified any environmental risks in its direct operations in the past 3 years?
We identified minor risks related to chemical waste disposal at our Augsburg facility in 2022, which have since been remediated through updated waste management protocols. No significant environmental incidents have been recorded.
Does your company have a documented anti-corruption policy?
Yes. Our Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery Policy was last updated in January 2024. All employees and contractors complete mandatory annual training.
Does your company have a whistleblower mechanism in place?
We currently operate an email-based internal reporting channel. A third-party digital whistleblower platform (EQS Integrity Line) is scheduled for deployment in Q3 2026.
Describe your company's approach to occupational health and safety (OHS).
We are certified to ISO 45001:2018. Our OHS management system covers all sites. The Lost Time Injury Rate (LTIR) was 0.8 per 100,000 hours worked in 2023, below the industry average of 1.4.
Does your company use any raw materials from conflict-affected regions?
We cannot confirm with certainty at this time. Our cobalt supply chain includes smelters in the DRC region. We are undergoing a RMAP audit for our key mineral suppliers, expected to complete by Q4 2026.
What percentage of your suppliers have signed your Supplier Code of Conduct?
82% of active suppliers (by contract value) have signed our Supplier Code of Conduct as of March 2024. We are targeting 95% coverage by December 2026.
